To oversee the end-to-end Ops Excellence processes and ensure they are running smoothly and are in compliance with the client،¦s and The company،¦s policies and procedures.

To manage the team of HR Business Partners in the Call Center and ensure the high quality delivery within the SLA target time.

Job Accountabilities
  • Ensure high quality team performance
  • Ensure staffs rules and regulations are up to date and are aligned with Tanfeeth goals and strategies
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and are aligned with The company\'s goals and strategies
  • Ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan; monitor benefits environment for cost savings
  • Ensure there are no variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
  • Ensure the employees concerns are addressed and the E-Sat targets are met
  • Lead and manage the performance of the unit by setting employees objectives, reviewing and rewarding performance against objectives and responsible for leave management.
  • Identify teams،¦ knowledge and skill gaps and work with the learning and development team to create and deliver appropriate training.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Emiratisation.
  • Actively contribute to the improvement and development of strategy and objectives of the Business HR Unit.
  • Ensure the performance and capacity of Business HR provision by periodically forecasting future needs.
  • Manage cost and ensure it is within the given budget.
  • Oversees the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, programs and practices.
  • Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals.
  • Perform attrition analysis and create and help implement retention programmes.
  • Recommends HR policies and objectives that will establish a positive relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Develops strong working relationships with other Executives, management and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed.
