Job description

To oversee the end-to-end Ops Excellence processes and ensure they are running smoothly and are in compliance with the client's and the company's policies and procedures.

Job Accountabilities

  1. Ensure high quality team performance
  2. Ensure staff rules and regulations are up to date and aligned with Tanfeeth goals and strategies
  3. Ensure HR policies are current and aligned with the company's goals and strategies
  4. Provide cost-effective benefits plans; monitor benefits environment for cost savings
  5. Ensure there are no variances between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
  6. Address employee concerns and meet E-Sat targets
  7. Lead and manage the performance of the unit by setting employee objectives, reviewing and rewarding performance, and managing leave
  8. Identify team knowledge and skill gaps and collaborate with the learning and development team to create and deliver training
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of Emiratisation
  10. Contribute to the improvement and development of the Business HR strategy and objectives
  11. Forecast future needs to ensure the capacity of Business HR provision
  12. Manage costs within the allocated budget
  13. Oversee the implementation and administration of HR policies, programs, and practices
  14. Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with company goals
  15. Perform attrition analysis and develop retention programs
  16. Recommend HR policies and objectives to foster positive employee relations and high morale
  17. Build strong relationships with executives, management, and staff, providing advice and coaching
  18. Create and implement staff rules and regulations for new subsidiaries in the region
  19. Provide feedback to the section head
