About the Company:

Our client is an UAE-based niche perfume brand recognized for our distinctive olfactory creations, artisanal craftsmanship, and strong storytelling. With a growing international footprint, they specialize in global sales and distribution of premium fragrances.

Role Overview:

As the Business Head, you will oversee the brand’s overall strategy, commercial expansion, and operational execution. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving global sales growth, managing distributor and large retailer relationships, strengthening brand positioning, and building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the luxury fragrance space, particularly in the Middle East and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement the brand’s global growth strategy in alignment with the founder’s vision.
  • Drive strategic planning, market entry, and expansion initiatives across key international territories.
  • Act as the brand custodian, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints — from product to customer experience.
  • Develop and manage global distribution channels — including selective distributors, retail, boutiques, and online platforms.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with distributors, retailers, and international agents.
  • Negotiate and oversee international contracts, pricing models, and sales targets.

Brand & Marketing

  • Lead brand development initiatives across digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
  • Oversee global marketing campaigns, influencer programs, and PR efforts with cultural sensitivity to diverse markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, packaging, and customer experience globally.
  • Collaborate with perfumers, creatives, and suppliers to develop new launches that align with brand DNA.
  • Manage product development timelines, launches, and lifecycle strategies.

Operations & Finance

  • Monitor and optimize budgets, supply chain operations, and profitability across regions.
  • Drive operational efficiency across logistics, inventory, and fulfillment (including export compliance).
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and P&L accountability.
  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Create a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 20+ years of experience in luxury, fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries, with at least 5-10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in global distribution, particularly in niche or luxury beauty markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience handling international markets (e.g., GCC, Middle East, Europe, CIS, Asia, US).
  • Exceptional leadership, P&L Management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic, French is a plus.
