Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head - Aluminum to lead and expand our aluminum division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of aluminum products and their application in perfume packaging, combined with strong business acumen to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role demands strategic leadership, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance our market position and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the aluminum division aligned with the overall company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations in aluminum packaging for perfumes.
  • Lead business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts.
Business Development & Sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
Operations & Supply Chain Management
  • Oversee production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics for aluminum components.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products meeting quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, operations, and supply chain.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
  • Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular reviews.
Financial Management
  • Manage P&L for the aluminum division, ensuring targets for revenue, margins, and costs are met.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business management with at least 5 years in the aluminum or packaging industry, preferably within the perfume or cosmetics sector.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminum materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
