Key Responsibilities
- 15+ years in manpower supply business. To take care of the entire operations of the company. Responsible for making major corporate decisions, driving the direction of the company, supervising other executives, overseeing and develop sales growth for the company. Responsible for making strategic decisions that impact the overall directions of the company. Developing strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills is crucial.
- Lead the business unit by providing clear direction and accountability.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals.
