As Business Finance Manager - IT, you will lead the assigned FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function providing strategic business partnering support for business leaders to manage the value of their organisation. Through a solid partnership and the credibility to influence, you will help identify the key drivers of success and through data and sound business judgement, influence the relevant stakeholders to make the right moves.

In This Role, You Will:

1. Act as a trusted advisor and Business Partner providing support and challenge to senior management team to help manage the value of their organisation.
2. Support EGIT (Emirates Group IT) with the IT Portfolio Invest Planning & Forecasting process, making recommendations to Board Members for funding approvals, ensuring adherence to Invest governance at all stages is met & benefits realized post-project delivery.
3. Build and maintain the IT Recharge model, one that is reflective of the services and products offered by IT to the business & provides a clear show-back mechanism of recharge and cost drivers.
4. Manage the process to set annual budgets, full year forecasts, mid to long-term plans and target setting across the dnata group.
5. Provide advice and consultancy in the development and validation of business cases to support the proposal to invest in new ventures, capital expenditure and large / long-term commercial agreements.
6. Ensure business performance is monitored on a periodic basis through relevant reports, KPIs and meetings (e.g. MFR/MBRs), including the identification and delegation of actions across the business to improve future business performance.
7. Ensure that an appropriate financial control environment exists in the business to protect the shareholder's interest.
8. Ensure the Corporate Governance Manuals are followed across the entities.
9. Lead the development of the finance teams (regardless of reporting line) within the defined business portfolio to ensure a high performing Finance team.
10. Manage the relationship between the Business and Head Office, also focusing on how skills can be utilised most effectively across the Emirates Group Finance Function.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Honours plus relevant professional qualifications i.e. MBA or Qualified Accountant.
2. Minimum 10+ yrs within a Finance department at a management level in a large, multi-national organisation.
3. Proven track record of delivering real value add FP&A support to a dynamic and challenging business.
4. Demonstrable experience in leading FP&A support through a period of significant business change.
5. Skilled Business Partner with the ability to influence senior stakeholders whilst building solid partnerships.
6. The ability to identify the right data to be translated into powerful stories through PowerBI.
7. High proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, tables and graph production) as well as PowerBI and MS PowerPoint.

1. Experience within finance in a large, multinational organization within IT/ Technology/ Digital domain.
