Overview

Lead the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s business excellence and sustainability programs, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, mission, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support top management in strategic planning, policy development, and corporate performance management.
• Define and maintain the Business Management System (BMS) and ensure process alignment across all domains.
• Implement excellence models (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) and conduct compliance assessments.
• Drive operational quality improvements, change management initiatives, and market research to inform decision-making.
• Facilitate organizational workshops and develop reports on performance, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
