Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will help drive smarter decision-making, greater efficiency and continuous business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, forecasts, operational data and market trends to identify gaps, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Business Improvement: Investigate operational challenges, identify root causes and support practical solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
• Digitalization & Innovation: Explore and implement digital tools, automation and data-driven solutions to simplify workflows and enhance productivity.
• Performance Management: Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks to support business visibility, forecasting and decision-making.
• Project Execution: Support cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives, from problem identification through implementation and impact measurement.
• Leadership Support: Translate complex data and business findings into clear presentations, business cases and recommendations for management.

Work Experience

• Exposure to business analytics, process improvement, automation or project management is an advantage.
• Experience or interest in healthcare, medical technology or complex technology industries is beneficial.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Early-career professionals with strong analytical and technical potential are encouraged to apply.
