Position: Business Excellence & Engagement – Healthcare Field Role

Location: Dubai and Northern Emirates

Position Purpose

The purpose of the job is to lead the team and manage access program(s) in the region. The jobholder is required to represent Axios in daily meetings with patients and doctors, and carry out administrative duties, which will be both field and office-based.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the team and access program(s) by liaising with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, dispensing providers, patients, charities, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure positive feedback from stakeholders.
  • Communicate Axios's scope of work clearly among stakeholders.
  • Represent Axios when communicating with stakeholders and liaise with regional and HQ teams as needed.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and on-demand client reports.
  • Enroll eligible patients in the program(s) promptly, adhering to workflow and timelines.
  • Assess patients’ financial eligibility, review cases, and approve classifications.
  • Conduct home visits for patient classification if necessary.
  • Ensure timely delivery of medications to current patients.
  • Prepare monitoring and quality assurance reports regularly, tracking patient progress and logistics in collaboration with Axios staff.
  • Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality data.
  • Attend pharmacovigilance, pharma, and product training, understanding how to report safety data.
  • Report adverse events or product complaints as per SOPs and client requirements.
  • Perform administrative duties for the office.

Relationships

  • Supervise and collaborate closely with the regional team.
  • Coordinate with project leaders and related divisions within Axios.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with regional and global Axios staff.

Educational Background and Experience

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in nursing or healthcare is ideal.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in data monitoring and management is advantageous.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination is a plus.
  • Experience in communication service management.
  • Volunteer involvement demonstrating passion for philanthropy is also valued.

Job Circumstances

  • The role is based in our regional office and requires frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and partners, possibly outside the region.
  • Flexibility in travel and working hours is essential.
