Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with a strong understanding of
digital marketing to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. This is a high-impact role
focused on driving agency revenue through client acquisition, relationship building, and
identifying new opportunities in the market. You'll act as the first point of contact for
potential clients, represent our services with clarity and confidence, and help expand
DMS’s footprint in the UAE and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn,
networking, and inbound lead follow-up
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ marketing needs and
position DMS as the ideal solution
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor pitches, proposals, and service
packages for each lead
• Own and manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing deals and
onboarding new clients
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records, track performance, and generate sales activity reports
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand presence
and strengthen relationships
• Work closely with the strategy team to ensure client objectives are well
understood and delivered
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred due to regional market focus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital
marketing agency or advertising firm
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social
media, content marketing, branding, and performance ads
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Confident in using tools such as CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and
Google Workspace
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and client-
first mindset
