Business Development Specialist - Luxury Interior Design
Location: Dubai, UAE

Aspire is hiring for a leading high-end interior design and fit-out firm in Dubai that works exclusively with HNI clients, property developers, and real estate investors.

We are looking for a well-connected Business Development Specialist with background in real estate sales, luxury property, and is well-networked with developers, real estate firms, and HNI clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within luxury residential, commercial real estate, and premium retail sectors

  • Generate and convert leads from your HNIs, developers, and real estate agents to drive high-value sales

  • Pitch tailored interior design and fit-out solutions to property owners, developers, and investors

  • Manage the full sales cycle - from initial client outreach to deal closure

  • Collaborate with design teams to present proposals that align with client needs and high-end standards

  • Represent the brand at real estate events, private viewings, and high-profile networking platforms

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of business development specialist or real estate sales experience in Dubai, UAE

  • Strong network within real estate agencies, property developers, and HNI circles

  • Proven experience in selling luxury products or services with high ticket value

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Background in luxury real estate, interior design sales is a major plus
