Job Summary

This is a revenue-generating, client-facing role where success is measured through partnership quality and sales performance metrics. Working in a fully flexible hybrid environment, you'll collaborate closely with our delivery team to create recruitment solutions that genuinely meet the needs of our clients. You'll build and sustain long-term partnerships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop authentic, long-term client partnerships by understanding unique challenges and co-creating tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking events, industry forums, and relationship-led approaches.
  • Partner with internal teams to build and manage a transparent CRM pipeline with reliable forecasting.
  • Meet monthly meeting targets, convert pipeline to signed contracts, and drive billables to meet annual revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends and develop forward-thinking recruitment solutions that align with evolving business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence and ongoing account growth.
  • Design compelling, client-centric proposals that solve business challenges and demonstrate clear value.
  • Lead commercial negotiations collaboratively with management, aiming for win-win outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional client experience.

Essential Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR services in the UAE market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape, cultural nuances, and recruitment regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across seniority levels and diverse cultural settings.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and MS Office suite.
  • C2-level English proficiency (non-negotiable).
