About The Role

We seek an exceptional Business Development Senior Manager to spearhead our market expansion and partnership efforts. This role is central to defining and implementing go-to-market strategies, developing a robust commercial pipeline, and establishing strong industry relationships to propel Nabat’s growth and influence in the sector.

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End Business Development Cycle Management: Lead the entire business development cycle from market identification through to deal closing and post-sales care. Ensure effective account management practices are in place to facilitate seamless cross-selling and upselling, driving customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence on industry trends, supply, and demand dynamics to keep Nabat at the forefront of the sector.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain close engagement with end users and stakeholders to capture evolving industry needs and trends, ensuring our solutions remain highly relevant and impactful.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies. Identify and penetrate new markets to expand Nabat’s footprint, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and refine pricing models to optimize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Commercial Pipeline Development: Systematically build and manage a commercial pipeline that ensures sustained growth. Initiate and nurture leads, converting them into long-lasting partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and empower the Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Partnership Development: Drive the formation and management of go-to-market and channel partnerships. Build and maintain strategic relationships that enhance business value and market presence.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in in business development or related roles within the technology, agri-tech, or climate tech sectors.
  • Strong capability in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of successful market expansion and team leadership.
  • Experience in setting up operational frameworks that enhance business efficiency and alignment across functions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to distill complex information into actionable strategies.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
