Ontime Group is excited to announce an opening for a Business Development/Sales Specialist for our Wellness Center in Dubai. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence in the wellness industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the Wellness Center
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and corporate partners
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to specific client requirements
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend wellness-related events and networking opportunities to promote our services
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of wellness services and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
