Ontime Group is excited to announce an opening for a Business Development/Sales Specialist for our Wellness Center in Dubai. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence in the wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the Wellness Center
Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and corporate partners
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to specific client requirements
Create and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Attend wellness-related events and networking opportunities to promote our services
Requirements:
Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of wellness services and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
