Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to establish and manage agents’ network in a given area to generate qualified leads and business opportunities for TFG. This position will focus exclusively on the expansion of the Agent network, as well as increasing the sales revenue of the Agents Program.

Overall Job Description

  1. Relationship building of current agents for further development and growth.
  2. Find different ways to expand agents network and assist the business development manager to form effective strategies, which include agents presentation, training, support materials, bonus and incentive structure, competitive analysis, outdoor meetings, etc.
  3. Maintain regular communications and provide regular feedback to agents.
  4. Identify issues and areas where improvement is required to increase overall performance of the Agents Program.
  5. Must always stay Top-of-Mind with assigned clients.
  6. Maintain reports provided by the Business Development Manager and provide feedback as established.

Desired Skills & Expertise

  1. A history of Business Development experience is vital (minimum of 1 year).
  2. Highly self-motivated, career-oriented team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Fluent in written and spoken English and French with a clear and concise accent.
  5. Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
