We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting within the B2B sector, driving business growth and contributing directly to our revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting
  • Utilize diverse channels, including phone, email, and social media, for targeted outreach to potential clients.
  • Research and identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Lead Qualification
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and compatibility with our products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-established criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
Appointment Setting
  • Schedule high-quality appointments, demos, or meetings with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Client Relationship Management
  • Manage and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the lead qualification process.
  • Leverage relationship-building skills to drive meaningful connections.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and refine messaging.
  • Share insights and feedback gathered during prospect interactions to improve outreach and targeting.

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
  • 1-3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, with telemarketing, inside sales, or direct sales experience being an advantage.
