We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (SaaS) to join our UAE-based team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving growth for our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.

  • Develop a deep understanding of SaaS products and communicate their value propositions effectively.

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients.

  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and activities.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Research and understand industry trends and competitive landscape.

  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions.

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 2 4 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of outreach and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
