Job description

Your main objective is to generate qualified appointments, which turn into sales opportunities for the Account Executives responsible for closing the deals. Your impact is therefore major!

There are several pillars you can work on to achieve this:

  • Align with Account Executives on prospecting strategies, create effective BDR x AE tandem (cohesion and solidarity are key)
  • Phone prospecting to secure a maximum number of appointments, in a stimulating and challenging environment (war rooms, challenges, attractive incentives, )
  • Complement phone prospecting with multi-channels campaigns (e-mail and LinkedIn): you could build multi channels strategies to optimize the lead generation process
  • Conduct qualification appointments, or even end-to end sales deals in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment

For all this, you'll need to take a genuine interest in your contacts, to create a bond in a short space of time, and to demonstrate empathy and connection.

  • A first experience in sales, prospecting or customer relations could be important, but tech companies often recruit junior profiles with a good commercial mindset.
  • Bilingual English and Arabic, French is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years' higher education in business, marketing, management or communications is often a plus
  • Tech/SaaS environment: An interest in Legal Tech and how SaaS software works is an advantage.

Trajectory:

Opportunity to join the Account Executive team after:

  • 24 months for strong performance

Or to take responsibilities in the BDR Team (management, automation / AI expert, ), depending on your sensibilities and preferences.
