About the Opportunity

Iris Executives specializes in senior-level executive search across both government and private sector organizations. As a Business Development Partner, you will set up your own recruitment desk from client generation to account/recruitment management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop relationships with clients in both public and private sectors
  • Promote executive-level opportunities and introduce our search capabilities to prospective clients
  • Coordinate with clients and internal team members throughout the search process
  • Collaborate with an experienced recruitment team to ensure timely and effective candidate delivery
