Business Development:
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and foster long-term partnerships.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Proposal & Presentation Development: Craft tailored business proposals and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development goals with overall company strategy.
Performance Monitoring: Track business development initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Recruitment:
Talent Sourcing & Attraction-
Utilize diverse channels (job boards, social media, referrals, events) to source qualified candidates.
Develop and implement recruitment campaigns aligned with hiring goals.
Maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
Screening & Evaluation-
Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews.
Assess candidates qualifications, diverse & cultural fit, and align with client needs.
Use assessment tools and structured interviews to support selection decisions.
Hiring Process Coordination-
Collaborate with clients to define role requirements and expectations.
Submit qualified/suitable candidates and coordinate interview processes.
Manage end-to-end hiring logistics, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Support offer negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and clients.
Onboarding & Retention-
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Track and analyze recruitment outcomes to inform future hiring strategies.
Reporting & Analytics-
Generate recruitment reports to track KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention).
Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
Relationship Management & Branding-
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through transparent and timely communication.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry functions.
Promote values and culture to enhance employer brand visibility.
Compliance & Data Management-
Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Phycology, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales
