Mashreq in United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive sales professional for business banking. You will source new business banking current accounts and ensure proper funding aligned with KPI targets.

You will generate fee income across FX, Trade, Bancassurance and Deposits while prospecting in targeted markets and presenting Mashreq's products in an ethical, professional manner. You will aim to meet monthly sales targets, nurture client relationships for cross-sell opportunities, adhere to KYC/AML

Qualifications

• Experience in selling business banking products.
• Ability to prospect and close new accounts.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing new to business banking current accounts.
• Ensure the account is funded as per KPI expectations.
• Generate fee income across Foreign Exchange, Trade, Bancassurance and Deposits.
• Prospect in targeted markets with phone calls and face-to-face visits.
• Present and sell all business banking products and services ethically.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for the financial year.
• Develop relationships to enhance cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to KYC & AML policy during onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
• Participate in team activities, training and compliance.

• - The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for this role include:
• - Sourcing new to business banking current accounts
• - Ensuring the account is funded as per expectations defined in KPI
• - Generate Fee income for the bank including:
  1. 1. Foreign Exchange
  2. 2. Trade
  3. 3. Bancassurance
  4. 4. Deposits
• - Prospect in targeted markets that require meeting standards in phone calls and face-to-face visits.
• - Present and sell all business banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
• - Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
• - Maintaining and developing relationships with customers to enhance the cross-sell opportunities.
• - Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy.
• - Ensure that the KYC guidelines are adhered while onboarding the business banking customers
• - Conducting micro marketing activities that include participation in various Business Banking events and other direct marketing activities.
• - Handling objections with a view to increase take-up rates.
• - Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
• - Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
