Tickmill is looking to hire a Business Development Officer (English & Indian Speaker) that will be responsible for building Tickmill's business in the Partnership area while helping to generate Business and assisting in building the markets in the Middle East Regions (MENA).

What the job looks like

The Business Development Officer (English & Indian Speaker) will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide IBs with regular reports on their performance and referred clients, along with actionable insights to help them maximize their business.
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives, such as trading contests, referral programs, and promotional campaigns, to drive higher client activity through IBs
  • Provide insights on improving the approach for converting IBs.
  • Maintain regular communication with IBs, sharing performance insights, providing updates on company products or promotions, and offering personalized incentives
  • Work with IBs to develop strategies for maintaining and growing the number of referred clients, as well as the value of deposits and trading volume.
  • Coordinate with the Client Relations and Retention teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention, maximizing client lifetime value.
  • Provide existing and prospective IBs the highest level of service in a timely manner and promote the company's financial products and services.

What will you need to be able to do the job

  • Minimum 3 years of experience either in Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company.
  • Deep understanding of the Forex market, trading platforms, and IB structures.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral & Fluent Indian speaker.
  • Experience using partner management platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance and manage relationship.
  • Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Organized, diligent and detail oriented.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, including IBs and affiliates.
  • Positive can-do attitude and excellent team spirit.
