Role:
As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. This is a commission-only role, offering high earning potential for driven individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the digital solutions space, utilizing a targeted approach to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover emerging trends and client needs, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our digital offerings.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align offerings with market demands and client feedback.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales progress and forecasts regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively and differentiate from the competition.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand professional connections and uncover new business opportunities.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in the digital solutions arena.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or experienced professionals with a strong sales drive.
- Proven experience in selling digital products/services (website development, e-commerce, social media, Google Ads, WhatsApp API, SEO, content writing, video ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A strong network within the business community is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales within the digital solutions or technology sector.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, with a portfolio of successful client engagements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools to streamline lead management and reporting processes.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment.
