Job description

  • Proactively identify and generate new corporate business opportunities across remittance, WPS, and forex segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through structured sales planning and execution.
  • Stay up to date on UAE market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to drive growth.
  • Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, EDD, and all regulatory requirements related to corporate transactions.
  • Maintain and update records on CRM platforms; prepare regular reports on pipeline and performance.
  • Work closely with internal departments (operations, compliance, etc.) to support client needs and service delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and market visits to strengthen the company’s visibility and market reach.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory (any stream).
Work Experience Categories:
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in UAE's money exchange and remittance sector
  • 6+ years of experience with a strong track record of high-value business development and strategic client handling.
Core Competencies:
  • Solid understanding of corporate remittance, WPS, and forex products.
  • Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and compliance norms (AML, KYC, EDD).
  • Existing client base in the UAE market is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • High self-motivation and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
