Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head with a strong background in payments and a proven track record of consultative sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling payment products to enterprises, demonstrating an ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients.
  3. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  4. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  6. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  7. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Product Development and Customer Service) to improve the entire customer experience.
  8. Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a Growth Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role in the fintech sector.
  2. Experience in selling regulated products and understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
  3. Strong understanding of enterprise sales techniques and the ability to conduct high-level sales negotiations.
  4. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field.
