Business Development Manager (SaaS Sales)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (SaaS Sales) to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with both potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base for SaaS solutions.
  2. Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
  3. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  5. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of SaaS solutions.
  6. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and build awareness for our SaaS offerings.
  8. Collaborate with the customer success and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  9. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve.
  10. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to senior management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in business development, SaaS sales, or enterprise software sales.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or technology environment.
  4. Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions, subscription-based pricing models, and cloud technologies.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  8. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative selling approach.
