We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who is fluent in Farsi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Forex (FX) trading and financial markets with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client networks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to our global growth strategy while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our global presence.
  3. Negotiate and close deals effectively ensuring long-term client engagement.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging an established network of FX clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and opportunities.
  7. Provide valuable market insights to enhance the company's competitive position.
Requirements:
  1. Language Skills: Fluent in Farsi (C1) and English (C1).
  2. Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in business development within the Forex (FX) industry with an active portfolio of clients.
  3. Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  4. Client Network: Ability to rapidly expand a portfolio of active FX clients.
  5. Financial Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial markets and CFD trading.
  6. Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
  7. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  8. Self-Motivation: Target-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  9. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
