About Us:
PrimeFour Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, identifying strategic opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Delivery of Annual Business Development and Sales Plans:
- Develop and execute annual business development and sales plans to achieve set targets.
- Identify key strategic partners, stakeholders, and new revenue streams to drive growth.
Market Expansion and Public Relations:
- Identify and capitalize on new markets, working closely with the management team.
- Contribute to public relations plans aimed at enhancing PrimeFour Consulting's public profile.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Provide weekly and monthly individual reports on business development and sales activities.
- Devise alternative strategies based on performance and market conditions.
Continuous Learning and Compliance:
- Stay updated on legislative and legal changes impacting the company's business environment.
- Implement and adhere to compliance standards and industry best practices.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and sustain valuable relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders.
- Uphold and enhance the reputation of the company through exemplary service and ethical practices.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Proficient negotiating skills with confidence and discretion.
- Effective time-management and prioritization abilities.
- Capacity to handle heavy workloads and multitask efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational, networking, and energy levels with a high degree of maturity and integrity.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/Commerce, sales, marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate services within the UAE.
- Proven sales track record for at least 3 years.
- Fluent in English & Arabic; knowledge of the UAE market.
