Charterhouse are working in partnership with a global leader in cutting-edge technology which is utilised across a wide range of projects. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who has proven sales experience within real estate to help diversify their client portfolio, overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation up until project delivery.

About the role
This role will be tasked with driving business growth and forging long term business partnerships through the development of innovative sales plans which align with the company's strategic objectives. The Business Development Manager will be involved in all aspects of overseeing the UAE branch and its trade marketing activity to ensure operational efficiency and customer engagement at every touch point. The successful individual will be required to proactively identify new business leads, utilising an existing network within the real estate industry to promote and present the company's offerings, converting prospects to confirmed business.

Additionally fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture by mentoring and leading a small team, engaging closely with headquarters and other global branches to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing. Representing the brand at industry-relevant events and road shows, the Business Development Manager will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

About you
To be considered for this role the successful candidate should have at least 4 years proven experience within real estate sales in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a self-motivated individual who is results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment. Due to the nature of the role there will be regular travel involved therefore the successful candidate should be willing to travel as per the demands of the business.
