Business Development Manager Plant Software Product
The role of a Business Development Manager is centered around strategic planning, relationship building, and driving business growth.
Business Development Manager will report into Plant Growth Manager.
Primary tasks of this role:
- Conduct comprehensive market research, identify and assess potential market opportunities, formulate and execute effective market entry strategies specially for the new market
- Support Growth manager to establish and execute the growth strategy
- Identify high-quality sales leads, convert mature business opportunities, and transfer them to the sales team for follow-up
- Track industry trends and competitor activities
- Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and organizational objectives
- Provide input to product teams based on customer feedback and market demands
- Create go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans
- Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement growth strategies and plan
- Collaborate with other Business Areas to leverage their network and experience to explore new market
- Enable Growth manager for quick response and decision making for business activities

- Familiarity with pre-sales processes, including demo support
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Technical and industry regulatory knowledge
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Availability for some travelling.
