Job description

- Develop and expand a strategic partner and referral network to attract new clients for our accounting services — either directly or by collaborating with agents who hold such client relationships; - Identify, approach, and establish long-term partnerships with consultants, law firms, banks, tax advisors, insurance brokers, Free Zone representatives, and other relevant stakeholders; - Negotiate and sign partnership agreements; - Source potential clients through business events, online communities, social networks (e.g. LinkedIn), and local professional circles; - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with external partners; - Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through the partner ecosystem.

- Preferably has experience working in financial institutions (banks, tax authorities, insurance companies), where managing a corporate client base was part of the role; - Has an existing network of B2B clients or decision-makers in the UAE (ideally companies in need of accounting services); - Must have a warm, active network of SME partners in Dubai who could benefit from accounting or financial support services; - Or possesses strong networking and business development skills to identify prospects through events, platforms, or communities; - Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or agency network building, ideally in financial, legal, or business consulting industries; - Excellent negotiation and communication skills; - Familiarity with Free Zone structures and local accounting regulations is a plus.
