Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager – Partner Relations will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners, brokers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and support the company’s growth objectives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partner relationships.

Note: Real Estate Development Experience is MUST!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • To source the brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand agent network in assigned territory.
  • Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting our company's products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage potential partners to explore new business opportunities and enhance company presence in the market.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and drive mutual growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property development sector.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions with potential partners, brokers, and stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements.
  • Draft and review partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the property development industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements and collaborations.
  • Support the development and execution of joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities, partnership performance, and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, business development activities, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partner relations, or a similar role, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the property development market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
