Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the UAE Oil & Gas sector, particularly with ADNOC and its operating companies. The ideal candidate will possess a solid network within the industry, a proactive mindset, and a proven ability to build new verticals and drive commercial success. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the region and positioning our offerings strategically across oil & gas ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across oil & gas businesses and EPC Contractors.
- Collaborate and tie up with the brands/manufacturers.
- Navigate ADNOC’s procurement processes, including prequalification, tendering, and contract negotiation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ADNOC and its network of EPC contractors and service providers.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of Oil & Gas offerings tailored to ADNOC’s needs and strategic direction.
- Lead the development of new verticals within the Oil & Gas sector, leveraging market insights and commercial instincts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product/service capabilities with market demand.
- Drive lead generation, opportunity development, and deal closure independently.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting ADNOC and the broader Abu Dhabi O&G market.
- Provide feedback and strategic input to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with direct exposure to ADNOC.
- Proven track record of engaging with ADNOC’s procurement and tendering processes.
- Strong network within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and service companies operating in Abu Dhabi.
- Experience in building new business verticals or launching new offerings in a similar setup.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas chemicals is a plus but not mandatory.

- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
