Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in forex, brokerage, or financial services sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
