About the role:

To drive mortgage sales through third-party channels including real estate brokers, financial advisors, and institutional partners. The role focuses on expanding the bank’s mortgage portfolio by developing strategic relationships and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Channel Development & Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and developers.

Conduct regular training and engagement sessions to ensure partners are well-informed about mortgage products and policies.

Sales & Acquisition:

Achieve monthly and quarterly mortgage sales targets through channel partners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.

Customer Experience:

Ensure seamless onboarding and application processing for customers referred through channels.

Provide high standards of customer service and support throughout the mortgage journey.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.

Process Management

Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring timely collection and submission of required documentation.

Liaise with internal departments (credit, operations, legal) and external stakeholders (valuers, developers) to ensure smooth processing.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all activities comply with Central Bank regulations and internal policies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in retail banking or direct sales (preferred)
  • Good understanding of banking products and services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local language is an added advantage
