How Yuno will challenge you
- Actively seeking out and targeting business clients who can benefit from the company's payment solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle with enterprise merchants - from prospecting/lead stage to closing deals and onboarding them;
- Constantly learn and research the payments market to understand needs, opportunities, and trends in the sector.
- Develop tailored strategies for approaching and engaging potential clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business clients and industry partners.
- Lead complex negotiations with enterprise merchants and close deals, focusing on long-term mutually beneficial agreements.
- Effectively present and explain Yuno's solutions to prospects.
- Gather client feedback to improve product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to ensure a cohesive B2B sales approach.
- Track sales targets and provide regular reports on progress and challenges to management.
The skills you need
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a hunter and closer role, with a strong track record in complex SaaS solutions.
- Mandatory advanced English proficiency.
- Demonstrable sales track record, particularly in international and multicultural contexts.
- Familiarity with customer support practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- In-depth market knowledge, especially regarding Middle East economies and payment sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
- Effective time management and strategic planning abilities.
- BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience in payments or fintech is a strong plus.
