About theRole:

We areseeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Sales & Marketing todrive growth in the general contracting, infrastructure, and power plantsectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the constructionand energy industries, strong local industry connections, and the ability toidentify and secure high-value projects.

Responsibilities:

·Develop,execute business development strategies to expand and achieve organizationalgoals.
·Identifyand pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients,partnerships, and projects.
·Establishand maintain strong relationships with key Government stakeholders, clients,and industry partners.
·Conductmarket research and competitor analysis to identify trends and emergingopportunities.
·Supportpreparation of proposals, bids, and presentations.
·Supportnegotiating contracts and ensuring successful closing deals.
·Collaboratewith internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and projectmanagement, to align business goals with operational capabilities.
·Representthe company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
·Collaboratewith relevant internal departments and senior management to achieve companygrowth objectives.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
·10 years of experience in business development/sales within general contracting, infrastructure, or power plant construction. (5+ years preferred with General Contractor).·Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and industry.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
·Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
·Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
