Business Development Manager (Lighting)

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive with a focus on the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in the lighting sector and possess a strong network of architects, interior designers, and other key end users.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.
2. Identify and target potential clients, including designers, architects, and end users, both within and outside of Abu Dhabi.
3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
4. Present and promote lighting products and solutions to clients in a professional and compelling manner.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
6. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the lighting or related industry.
3. Strong understanding of lighting products and market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
