Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in Lebanon and Jordan. Based in Beirut, the candidate will play a critical role in managing and developing distributor relationships, ensuring market growth, and driving revenue. This is a dynamic position for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and distributor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Lebanon and Jordan.
    • Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide regular training support and performance feedback to distributors.
  • Sales Strategy & Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market conditions.
    • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Lebanon and Jordan.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Market Development:
    • Drive the expansion of product presence in the assigned territories.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
    • Conduct market analysis and provide insights for business planning and forecasting.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to regional leadership.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years in sales, preferably in FMCG consumer goods or distribution-focused roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic is essential; French proficiency is a plus.
