Responsibilities
  • Build pipeline and enhance relationships with prospects
  • Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio through proper policy Terms and Conditions
  • Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality
  • Create a pipeline (self prospection) in line with target profile
  • Convert leads generated / received
  • Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards
  • Analyze prospect needs and business model to build the policy properly
  • Collect all necessary information and follow up with commercial and risk underwriting on quotation and prechecks
  • Ensure that the prospect has full understanding of policy coverage and processes before signing
Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in business related discipline.

What You Bring

Previous experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Insurance. Other sectors such as Corporate Banking, Financial Services is an advantage

  • Expert know-how in the specifics of the market
  • Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to mid-large clients, market players and opinion leader
  • Strong Business Acumen

  • Ability to generate and convert leads

  • Sound understanding of Finance and Accounting
  • Basic understanding of commonly used Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply.
