Role Purpose
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth by originating, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities in corporate finance, trade finance, structured products, capital markets, and advisory services. The incumbent will play a key role in expanding the company’s client portfolio, building strategic alliances, and enhancing the investment company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development And Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth clients for investment companying products and services.
- Develop tailored solutions for clients, including debt/equity financing, structured trade finance, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and other investment products.
- Proactively generate a pipeline of deals and track market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling investment proposals, presentations, and pitch books.
- Lead negotiations on client mandates, agreements, and pricing strategies.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing insights into market trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, risk, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
Market Intelligence And Strategy
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and economic trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the company’s strategic planning by providing insights on potential sectors, regions, and product lines.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client forums to strengthen the company’s brand visibility.
Revenue And Performance
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets, KPIs, and profitability metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, deal pipelines, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure all business is conducted within the regulatory framework and the company’s risk appetite.
SALARY: 10,000 - 12,000 AED

Key Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 5–10 years of UAE experience in investment companying, corporate companying, or financial services sales and relationship management.
- Proven track record of originating and closing high-value investment companying deals.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, capital raising, structured products, and advisory services.
- Established network of corporate clients, institutional investors, and industry stakeholders.
