Business Development Manager (Interior Fit-Out)
USBC Interiors is a fast-growing interior fit-out and interior design company in Dubai, delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and retail projects. We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the next phase of our expansion.
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving company growth, generating leads, increasing revenue, and collaborating across departments to support operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging your network and expanding our client base in the interior design and fit-out sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and collaboration with architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts with mutually beneficial terms.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on business activities, pipeline, and risks to senior management.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve or surpass sales targets set by the company.
- Brand Promotion: Promote USBC Interiors at industry events and through digital marketing and networking.
- Client Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to close deals effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, preferably in interior design or fit-out industries.
- Client Network: Established clientele and a strong industry network.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE interior design and fit-out market.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation capabilities for large contracts.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Skills to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Self-Motivation: Results-driven with a proactive approach.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and within a team.
- UAE Experience: Experience in Dubai and surrounding regions is highly desirable.
