Business Development Manager (Interior Fit-Out)

USBC Interiors is a fast-growing interior fit-out and interior design company in Dubai, delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and retail projects. We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the next phase of our expansion.

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving company growth, generating leads, increasing revenue, and collaborating across departments to support operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging your network and expanding our client base in the interior design and fit-out sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and collaboration with architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts with mutually beneficial terms.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on business activities, pipeline, and risks to senior management.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve or surpass sales targets set by the company.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote USBC Interiors at industry events and through digital marketing and networking.
  • Client Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to close deals effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, preferably in interior design or fit-out industries.
  • Client Network: Established clientele and a strong industry network.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE interior design and fit-out market.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation capabilities for large contracts.
