Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced female or male professional with strong knowledge of the interior fit-out industry, who can identify and secure business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and help achieve our strategic growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and design sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, bids, and tenders to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the interior fit-out / joinery / turnkey solutions sector.
• Strong network of contacts in the UAE / GCC interior industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and market pricing.
• Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
