Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience in construction and architecture to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless business operations.
Drive business development by proactively identifying new opportunities in outdoor environments such as construction sites, architectural events, trade shows, and community gatherings. Engage with key decision-makers to introduce the company s offerings and foster strong relationships.
Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans in collaboration with management to achieve strategic objectives.
Organize networking activities, industry events, and introductory meetings to cultivate new business partnerships.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential client opportunities within interior design and contracting. Use data-driven analysis to inform strategic business growth initiatives.
Establish and nurture key relationships with industry stakeholders, including architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
Utilize multiple lead generation channels, including networking events, trade shows, cold calling, and digital marketing to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, project requirements, and preferences to deliver customized solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries and concerns.
Provide market research insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements with new and existing partners.
Represent our client at industry conferences, networking events, and strategic engagements, strengthening brand visibility and partnerships.
Undertake additional relevant tasks as required to support business operations.
