Business Development Manager Institutional & HoReCa Market

Location: Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaima & Fujairah

About Us:
Hygiene Fresh FZE is a leading manufacturer of dispensers and consumables providing high-quality hygiene solutions for institutions and the HoReCa market. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in the institutional and HoReCa sectors.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  3. Promote and sell cleaning chemicals, detergents, personal care products, tissue products, and air care solutions.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive profitable growth.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Mandatory: Proven experience in business development or sales in cleaning chemicals, detergents, personal care, tissue products, or air care products.
  2. Strong understanding of the institutional and HoReCa market.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  5. UAE Driving License is mandatory.
