Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and acquiring new property units, building strategic partnerships with property owners and developers, and contributing to the expansion of ALiving's portfolio across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and Acquire Properties: Identify, evaluate, and secure new residential properties suitable for short-term and long-term rental models.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity; develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with property owners, real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiation and Contracting: Present ALiving’s value proposition to landlords and property partners, handle negotiations, and close contracts.
• Expansion Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute strategic expansion into new neighborhoods or verticals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sourcing KPIs and generate reports on conversion rates, portfolio growth, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, real estate, or property sourcing—preferably within the Dubai market.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Established network within Dubai's real estate industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
