Job description

WiseStayis a licensed luxury holiday home operator located inBusiness Bay, Dubai. As we enter our next growth stage, we are seeking ahighly experienced, independent Business Development Managerto take full ownership of our property acquisition, landlord partnerships, and sales operations.

This is not a traditional sales job. This is akey leadership rolefor someone who has experience in the Dubai real estate or short-term rental industry and wants to be part ofbuilding and leading a business unit from scratch.

Important:

This role requiresa minimum of 2 years experienceinholiday homes,short-term rentals, orDubai real estate leasing. Only serious applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by signing up new properties under WiseStay’s holiday home management model
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
  • Build relationships with landlords, agents, developers, and investors
  • Recruit and train a future business development team under your leadership
  • Coordinate closely with the founder and marketing team to align growth campaigns
  • Represent WiseStay at meetings, events, and partnership discussions
  • Suggest and implement growth strategies (pricing, areas to target, sales tools)
  • Use CRM software to track pipeline, performance, and reporting
  • Maintain operational oversight of new property onboarding (photos, listings, system setup)
  • Think and act like a growth partner, not an employee — your success is tied to WiseStay’s

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience inholiday homes,short-term rentals, orreal estate leasingin Dubai
  • Deep understanding of landlord relations and STR regulations
  • Proven experience closing property management or rental deals
  • Previous experience hiring or leading a team is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated and decisive — can run independently without micromanagement
  • Comfortable working in astartup, fast-growth environment
  • Growth mindset: sees themselves as a business builder, not just a job seeker
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus, but not mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, property portals, and online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
