Qualifications

• Experience in physical bullions, bars and coins, and precious metals trading.
• Strong network of suppliers and buyers in the gold industry.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals.
• English required; Arabic speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard trusted gold and silver suppliers (shops and aggregators).
• Develop relationships with gold traders and counterparties.
• Originate buy and sell opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, premiums, and commercial terms in coordination with management.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of active bullion suppliers and buyers.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to execute and settle transactions.
• Monitor market conditions relevant to physical bullion flow.
• Represent the company within the Dubai gold market and regional bullion networks.

Goldnet Trading Nexus FZCO is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to grow and originate business within our physical and digital precious metals operations.

At Goldnet, we are modernizing gold and silver trading in the UAE. Licensed by DMCC, our digital platform makes wealth protection instant, accessible, and transparent—whether an investor starts with AED 10 or orders physical bars/coins to their doorstep. Our long‑term goal is to make physical and digital precious metals the go‑to savings medium across the UAE. We are building an ambitious, high‑ownership team to transform how people save and invest.

The role is commercial and relationship-driven, requiring solid industry contacts, deal origination capability, and the ability to convert relationships into consistent gold and silver volumes.

The successful candidate will actively source, negotiate, and close physical and digital transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard trusted gold and silver suppliers (shops and aggregators)
• Develop relationships with gold traders and counterparties
• Originate buy and sell opportunities

• Comfortable working on volumes, margins, and repeat flow
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• English required; Arabic speaking preferred
