Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in insurance sales in the UAE-either with insurers or brokers. You will manage your own book of business and lead growth initiatives across General Insurance, including Medical.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive new business and renewals independently in the first year

Based on performance, 2nd year, build and lead a 3-member sales team

Manage SME, corporate, and individual client portfolios

Coordinate with insurers for competitive underwriting

Requirements :
