This role should contribute to the growth of JDV Partners' business through the acquisition of new clients, particularly in the GCC region with a focus on the United Arab Emirates. This will be achieved through engagement fostering strong, sustainable, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients within the international markets of your region. Additionally, you will be required to participate in key business development activities such as conferences, events, and others as needed.

Its primary focus in Human Resources includes Recruitment and Selection of Middle and Senior Management, Payroll Administration, Outplacement (Career Transition), and Human Resources Consulting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support and manage new client acquisition and service delivery.
  • Proactively build strong relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies for new business development and revenue growth, focusing on JDV Partners' existing portfolio.
  • Dedicate the majority of time to business-generating activities.
  • Expand the prospect database and client base by achieving set objectives.
  • Organize business trips with a full agenda to secure deals and generate ROI.
  • Update and maintain company information regularly in the CRM system.
  • Participate in promotional activities, conferences, and fairs as required.
  • Ensure proper reporting of activities to your area leader, meeting company standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Visit at least 2 sites in remote locations or client camps per year to generate business and understand client operations better.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
  • Understand market and target audiences to craft the value proposition.

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles within the service sector.
  • Intermediate-high level of English (B2).
  • Knowledge of Arabic (B1) is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint & CRM.
  • Ability to close deals with excellent presentation and communication skills at various levels.
  • Originality, creativity, and ability to work independently.
  • Dynamic, initiative-driven, responsible, with excellent interpersonal skills, conflict management, decision-making abilities, teamwork, and results orientation.
